Take a journey through a tangled web of time and mysteries, with only a group of unruly ghost pirates to serve as guides.
“There are some secrets so dangerous that they can’t be told, even after death,” Blackbeard worries. Daniel, Billy, Stefanie and Mark have found the ancient pirate loot and are delivering it to its rightful owners in London. But the teens have only begun to scratch the surface of the deeper mysteries they have unwittingly uncovered – mysteries of the Stone of Scone, the Knights Templar, and a burglary at Westminster Abbey – and the secrets that have been kept by Blackbeard and others before him through centuries of time by those in the highest realms of power.

Philip Howard is the great-great-great-great-great-grandson of William Howard, Blackbeard’s quartermaster. He lives on Ocracoke Island, where Blackbeard was killed on November 22, 1718. Luckily for Philip, the young William Howard was not serving with Blackbeard at the time of the famous pirate’s final battle. Philip owns and operates a quality craft shop on Ocracoke (www.villagecraftsmen.com). In his spare time, he collects island stories and tales, and leads regular ghost walks on the island.
